A small collection of Rick’s favorite work in his time with TTI Floor Care North America, as Video Production Manager where his responsibilities include the creation of product videos that showcase the feature and benefits of Hoover products, and instructional videos that inform and guide audiences through proper usage and maintenance of products.

At the start of 2021, the TTi video production team streamlined processes to allow for larger quantity in their production studio, with upgrades such as overhead lighting grid, wireless DMX control, and duplicate camera, lighting and grip packages for the studio. This allowed for more efficient yet professional high quality and customizable productions so that each product can be equipped with a video for e-commerce to support the business. In 2021, Rick directed over 30 feature and benefit product videos and over 20 instructional videos. His roles in these projects also varied from Director, DP, Editor, and Colorist.

In 2022, Rick was promoted to Head of Video, leading the team to a volume increase of over 300% YOY, producing over 400 videos per year in 2022-2024 encompassing feature and benefit videos, advertising campaign videos for OTT and paid social, and other video marketing assets.
